Survival of the fittest

S

I really wish I can relate this to my weight loss series but I can’t.

This is about going through everything you need to go through to be who and where you want to be.

Oh wait! I think I can relate it to weight loss. Lol.

As it is with working out or lifting weights; they’re some weights you won’t be able to carry on the first day – you’ll need to have carried some of the small ones for sometime before you’ll be strong enough for the bigger ones, same goes to work out routines that require you to have been flexed for a while before you can do them.

Running away and stopping the basics will definitely not get you there. It’s take patience, perseverance and endurance to go through a phase and achieve a goal.

Life is in phases, and if you’re not prepared for the next phase, you will break or fall. Just like an amateur carrying a weight he isn’t fit to carry. Pun intended.

Running is not the answer.

Crying is not the answer.

Whining is also not the answer.

Dying on the cross wasn’t easy but Jesus had to go through that phase to bring us redemption. You may not be bringing redemption to the human race but you’re in your current position to make a difference no matter the cost. You need to persevere!

It’s just a phase and if you don’t go through it, you won’t be fit for the next.

So Shooooootooooop and continue!!!
