In my previous post “don’t tell them” I talked about how many times we tell the wrong people our problems and that leads to bad advice.
Something really interesting now is that we don’t tell the wrong people our problems, we tell the right people, we tell our friends that are seen as okay and good, we tell our parents, mentors,we read internet articles and even full books for getting solutions but neglect the greatest of all:God.
We ask everybody but him, its really bad because we most times exhaust all options until we realize….”hmm well let me just try God at least I tried every other” we as Christians should learn to stop using God as our last resort but our First and sure solution, we can do this through the leading of the Holy Spirit, we can read God’s word and find out what he says. A fact I am sure of is that every situation can be found in the bible, so if you haven’t found the right word for your situation you just haven’t searched right, and when I say right that also involves asking the Holy Spirit for direction.
I’m not saying don’t ask people for advice or stop reading books for solutions, I’m saying ask God first! it would save you a lot of stress,time and energy plus it would even give you the best solution ever, ask God today!.
